In full Charlie Chaplan-esque getup, this outfit seems more like a bad costume.  BUT if you look at the pieces separately, you will find a beautifully fitted tailored blazer, a very cool matching vest, and a pair of great "baggy" pants...all reminiscent of a time gone by but very current as well.
